Practice Experience


Ms. Shi holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Chapman University (USA) . She is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Finance at Renmin University.
In 2017, Ms. Shi joined Beijing DHH Law Firm, where she served as Director of the Youth Work Committee. She specializes in resolving domestic and international commercial disputes, international arbitration, corporate legal affairs, and business negotiations.
In 2022, she participated in the "Sailing Plan" Foreign Legal Practice Training Program, organized by Tsinghua University Law School and the Beijing Lawyers Association. She was also selected for the Beijing Lawyers Association’s Foreign Legal Talent Pool (2023).

  • Assisted a Finnish electronics company with its investment in China, covering due diligence, contract review, and project implementation.

Client D, a Chinese citizen, married an American citizen and they have a son (of American nationality). Later, his or her spouse submitted an I-130 spousal immigration application for XX and it was approved. With the assistance of the Lawyer team, Client D completed the relevant document preparation and interview guidance, and was issued an IR1 visa to enter the United States. In the same year, they obtained a green card. The lawyer team subsequently initiated the application for naturalization and expedited the process through his spouse's position in an American company. The case involved challenges such as Client D's first B1/B2 visa rejection and the revocation of their children's nationality. The lawyer team ensured the legality and efficiency of the immigration path by supplementing the authenticity of the marriage, coordinating the compliance of laws in China and the United States, and facilitating cross-departmental communication. At present, the green card of Client D is valid, the application for naturalization is pending approval, and the issue of children's nationality has been properly handled through the travel document and revocation application.

Application for Chinese Green Card


During the process of assisting XX's son in applying for an entry and exit permit, the lawyer team formulated a detailed full-process case schedule of "application document preparation - application submission - approval and certificate collection", and clearly defined the task division. They also conducted research on the regulations of Zhumadian area, obtained the contact numbers of the public security bureau and other departments to sort out the processing requirements and procedures. Draft and review documents such as the "Application and Approval Form for Extension and Reissuance of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese Documents", and guide XX to fill in and prepare the materials.
