What We Do

Legal consultation and employment contract review

Legal consultation

  • Provide foreign employees with a detailed interpretation of Chinese labor laws and regulations, including the Labor Contract Law, the Social Insurance Law, and the Rules for the Administration of Employment of Foreigners in China, to help them understand their rights and obligations in employment in China, such as provisions on working hours, rest and leave, labor remuneration, and social insurance.

Contract review and drafting

  • Review the labor contract signed between foreign employee and employer to ensure that the contract terms comply with Chinese legal requirements, clearly define the rights and obligations of both parties, and avoid ambiguous or unreasonable provisions. At the same time, draft customized labor contracts based on the specific needs of the foreign employees and employers to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties. For example, specify key terms in the contract such as job responsibilities, work location, and the method and timing of salary payments according to the nature of the foreign employee’s job and the characteristics of the position.
