The Competition and Antitrust team is composed of a group of elite lawyers who graduated from well-known domestic universities and mostly have overseas study backgrounds. The main partners are among the first batch of antitrust lawyers in China and have grown up with the antitrust cause in China. During the decades of years of focusing on antitrust legal services, lawyers of the team have represented hundreds of antitrust cases, including responding to antitrust administrative investigations, merger filings of undertakings, antitrust civil and administrative lawsuits, etc. The lawyers are well versed in the enforcement environment of China's antitrust law and are able to combine their professional skills, industry insights and international vision with China's legal environment to provide effective and feasible solutions for the clients.
