Administrative Law
The Administrative Law team is committed to providing clients with administrative reconsideration, administrative litigation, and non-litigation legal services in fields such as government legal risk prevention and control and land law practice, among others. It also uniformly guides and coordinates the firm’s administrative law practice, with two departments focusing on Government Legal Affairs and Administrative Dispute Litigation.
The team comprises several senior professional lawyers specializing in administrative legal affairs, all of whom possess profound theoretical knowledge of administrative law. Some members have experience working in judicial, procuratorial, and administrative organs. The team has extensive experience in serving as long-term legal advisers to governments, participating in building a rule-of-law government, contributing to government legislation, providing legal opinions for administrative decision-making, acting as agents in administrative reconsideration and litigation cases, conducting legal and regulatory advocacy, and training and assessing administrative law enforcement personnel.
The team is dedicated to offering comprehensive and meticulous legal protection for clients’ government-related legal affairs, including government investment and financing, labor and social security, land and housing expropriation, civil contracts, administrative agreements, petition and stability management, and epidemic prevention and control, among others.
